Fowler 2024 Summit Success!
This was the first gathering since March 29, 2019, and there was plenty of elbow-rubbing, laughter, and applause amongst the four hundred and thirty Fowler attendees at this year's Summit at Casino Rama! The event included updates from the Fowler Senior Leadership Team, including presentations from CEO Geoffrey Stephens and Board Member Larry Wilson. Orlando Bowen captivated the crowd with his keynote address! His enthusiasm and energy were fantastic, while his message of team building, celebrating achievement and employee recognition resonated with all! Two Roads Team Building did a good job bringing our large group together for some entertaining exercises. The rooms came alive as the teams worked on communication, cooperation, and creative thinking! Thank you to everyone who attended and those who stayed back to fulfill the requirements of our Highway Maintenance Contracts!

Our Fowler elves have worked their magic for our Fowler Kids Christmas Party at Santa's Village!
Thank you for our amazing team of exceptional elves! Thanks to Santa, Mrs. Claus and the elves who made today's Fowler Kids' Christmas Party a magical experience! We had a wonderful time hosting our Fowler families! From cookie decorating to sleigh rides and elf training to visiting with Santa, the day was enjoyed by all the kiddies and adults, too!

A group of Fowler gents participated in the Movember fundraising campaign in support of Prostate Cancer.
We love recognizing our dedicated employees and their commitment to us, which is why our annual FOWLER FAMILY DAY is so essential. Over 693 employees and their families participated in their choice of six different events we organized for them: Santa's Village, Canada's Wonderland, Boat cruises in Parry Sound, North Bay, and Gravenhurst, Boston Pizza GC, and XPlay.
Team fun, it's all part of the course! We held the Fowler Employee Golf Classic with 170 registered players!! It was a great day 'fore' everyone in attendance!

Fowler takes pride in being a community-minded company. Not only do we, as a company, participate in community events, but many of our employees engage as coaches, mentors and board members. Our corporate giving also takes many forms, including donations of time, materials, and financial support. We continuously encourage FOWLER employees, friends, and family members to volunteer in their respective communities. We teach and demonstrate that volunteering is the grassroots of growing solid communities, and together, we can make great things happen.
The organizations and charities we have supported over the decades and continue to support are vast and very diversified. We aim to help as many local groups as possible and speak to various team members about their concerns and the organizations they’re interested in. We want to make sure everyone is well represented and has the opportunity to join in and make a difference in the causes that resonate with them on a personal level.
YWCA EVENT Walk a Mile in Their Shoes
We truly enjoy seeing our FOWLER family and friends out, supporting local community events, and enjoying time together for a great cause. FOWLER was the champion sponsor of the WALK A MILE in Their Shoes event hosted by YWCA Muskoka. This event brings awareness and support to the prevention of gender-based violence.
Thanksgiving 2023 Food Hampers & Turkeys
Two hundred and seventy-five turkeys and food hampers delivered!!! Our FOWLER team came together to assemble and deliver much-needed food hampers to local organizations: The Table Huntsville, Bracebridge Manna Foodbank, The West Muskoka Food Bank, and Huntsville & Parry Sound Salvation Army. We are so very grateful for our FOWLER team's hard work throughout this entire project!
